Our Leadership team identified an opportunity to improve access for Veterans by minimizing the amount of missed appointments. I was asked to develop conceptual communication as part of multifaceted approach to educating and promoting this effort to our Veterans. I mocked a few different ideas and this was the strongest product created. These were displayed in key locations, including elevators and waiting areas.
